The movie director Zach Lona from good old Bolingbrook, IL has approached me about being interviewed for his documentary film about the HIDDEN MAN. This is very exciting. I will be interested to see what he does with it, not being from Hidden Lakes. I am unsure if someone not from here will “get” it. It’s been obvious to me that one can only “get” the HIDDEN MAN as long as one lives actually in Hidden Lakes, IL. I have seen outsiders even from places as close a Bolingbrook come and try to learn about the HIDDEN MAN, and yes they do often “get it,” but there is a certain something to the HIDDEN MAN that cannot be “got” and people have trouble understanding this. People who share proximity in his cosmic forcefield have an easier time understanding this.
Anyway, it will be interesting to see if Zach can “get it.” He is a new filmmaker so he hasn’t done much before but I think his little videos are funny, if a bit goofy (sorry Zach, I cannot tell a lie!). Plus, we’ve never had a documentary about the Hidden Man before this! I have actually thought about making one before, but I don’t know anything about movies, and I think this website is a lot better for getting the idea out about the HIDDEN MAN.
